Make Sender a place where climbers can share progress and feel welcome — whatever grade they climb.

Respect the person

Encouragement and constructive beta belong here. Harassment, hate, threats and targeted abuse do not.

Share what is yours

Post content you have the right to share. Respect other climbers’ privacy and ask before sharing footage that identifies them.

Keep it safe

Do not post sexual exploitation, violent or illegal content, spam or impersonation. Follow gym rules and avoid encouraging unsafe behaviour.

Report or block

Use Sender’s report action for a concern about a session, comment or profile. You can block an account. For help outside the app, email support@sendr.club.

What happens next

Reports help us review content and accounts. Content or access may be restricted when these guidelines are broken. For an urgent safety issue, contact local emergency services.
